Deliberation and possible action to grant the City of Dublin a waterline easement located along the southwest border of the District's approximately 11.17 acre tract of real property located adjacent to the Dublin Airport and to authorize the Board president to execute such easement document upon Board approval

11. Deliberation and possible action to adopt a Board Resolution that accomplishes the following:

11.A. Declares the following tract of real property that is presently owned by the District to be surplus property
The Former Dublin ISD ag facility tract located adjacent to the Dublin Airport, more particularly described as follows: All that certain 11.17 acre tract of and in the William Thomas Survey, A - 753, in Erath County, Texas, being a part of that certain 10.00 acre tract described in deed from Associated Milk Producers, Inc. to Dublin Independent School District, dated December 17, 1982, and recorded in volume 7412, page 784 of the official public records of Tarrant County, Texas, and recorded in the document number 2024-00998 of the official public records of Erath County, Texas, all of that certain 0.25 and 1.51 acre tract described in deed from the City of Dublin to Dublin ISD, dated February 19, 2025, and recorded in document number 2025-01544 of the official public records of Erath County, Texas |
11.B. Authorizes the Superintendent or Board President to offer such surplus property available for purchase to the highest responsible bidder in accordance with the procedures set forth in state law for the notice, bidding, and sale of such property; and

11.C. Authorizes the Superintendent or Board President to prepare, execute, and file all documents and take any and all action necessary to carry out the conveyance of such surplus property to the highest and best qualified bidder subject to the conditions stated herein.

12. Deliberation and possible action to adopt a Resolution declaring certain personal property of the District as surplus property, including, but not limited to, three (3) old school buses and a gooseneck trailer, and authorizing the Superintendent to dispose of such surplus personal property through a public auction or some other means set forth in the Resolution
