and authorizing the Board President to execute the proposed Special Warranty Deed and proposed Memorandum of Agreement, and any other documents necessary to affect the conveyance of the property to the State of Texas, all as set forth in said Resolution. |

Bundy Survey, Abstract Number 64 in the City of Ennis, Ellis County, Texas, so the State of Texas, acting by and through the Texas Transportation Commission, for $1,000.00, plus costs of the conveyance, including but not limited to closing costs with a title company and any other incidental expenses necessarily incurred in transferring title to the property to the State of Texas, and
