Discussion and possible action to accept a re-sale bid(s) on trustee property, to-wit: "Lot 14, Block 4, of the City of Big Wells, Dimmit County, Texas", tax office property ID Number 11020. (Tract #1,Lot 14, Tax Suit 99-09-01845-DTX, City of Big Wells vs. Pedro P. Salinas, Jr., Et. Al.).

Discussion and possible action on consideration of adopting Resolution #2024-04 for Extracurricular Status of 4-H Organization and the Extension Agents Alyssa M. Cruz and Carissa Munoz. 

Discussion and action to select Construction Manager at Risk and authorize Superintendent of Schools to negotiate with selected Construction Manager at Risk. 

Discussion and possible action regarding approval of 2024-2025 Compensation Plan
