Discussion and possible action to approve the vendor(s) over fifty thousand ($50,000) report for the district. 

Review and discussion of Tax Collection Report as of October 2023.

Review and discuss fund balance report as of October 2023.

Discussion and review on the monthly investment report as of October 2023

Discussion and action regarding employment or acceptance of volunteer chaplain to provide support, services and programs for students as assigned by the board of trustees. 

Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution #2023-2023 to cast votes for each member that serves on the Dimmit Central Appraisal District Board of Directors. 

Consideration and adoption of a resolution canvassing the returns and declaring the results of a bond election; and other matters in connection therewith.
