Discussion and possible action to approve Dimmit Central Appraisal District’s proposed budget for 2023.

Discussion and possible action to accept or reject any re-sale bid(s) on trustee property, to-wit: “Lots 1, 2, 3, 16, 17 & 18, Block 7, Homestead Terrace, City of Carrizo Springs, Dimmit County, Texas”, tax office property ID Number 12969. (Tax Suit 92-11-01242-DTX, Carrizo Springs CISD vs. Alfredo Ortiz, Et. Al.).

Discussion and possible action to delegate contractual authority to obligate the school district to the superintendent, solely for the purpose of obligating the district under TEC §48.257 and TEC, Chapter 49, Subchapter D, and the rules adopted by the commissioner of education as authorized under TEC, 49.006, this includes approval of the Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit.
