Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution #2021-14 Carrizo Springs CISD notifying Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) of the District’s intent to exit ActiveCare and related Health Insurance programs by December 31, 2021, pursuant to Texas Senate Bill 1444, 87th Legislature.

Discussion and action to approve the Administrative Procedures Manual (APM) EDGAR (Education Department General Administrative Regulations) Manual Policies and Procedures for the Fiscal Administration of Federal Education Awards for 2021-2022 for the District.

Discussion and possible action regarding the Board’s annual review of the District’s Investment Policy CDA (Local) and Strategies and adoption of Resolution 2021-12 recording the changes

Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2021-13 listing the selection of qualified brokers and dealers authorized to engage in investment transactions for Carrizo Springs CISD.

Discussion and possible action to approve budget amendments.
