Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement with Walsh Gallegos Trevino Russo & Kyle, P.C. “Walsh Gallegos” for the purpose of reviewing and certifying the Shared Services Arrangement Agreement for the Uvalde Regional Day School Program for the Deaf.

Discussion and possible action to approve a Retention Stipend of $2,000 using ESSER III Funds for each employee for the next 4 years to help with learning loss due to COVID-19. First $1,000 to be paid at the beginning of the year and the next $1,000 to be hand delivered check in December. 

Discussion and possible action to approve Dimmit Central Appraisal District’s proposed budget for 2022.

Discussion and possible action to review and adopt local policies CH, CV, and DEC in Update 117.
