Consideration and possible action to hire the Underwood Law Firm as special counsel to provide professional services to the District concerning Application and Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value of Property under the Texas Economic Development Act, Texas Tax Code, Chapter 313.     

Consideration and possible action to retain the financial consultants to assist the District in processing and evaluating an Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property.
