551.071/551.074 – Consultation with Attorney; Personnel Matters: Discussion in regards to search for new Superintendent, including naming interim superintendent as finalist for Superintendent of Schools’ position, negotiation of contract and matters related thereto.

Action to name interim superintendent as the finalist for the Superintendent of School position, authorize legal counsel to negotiate contract terms and matters related thereto.
