Discussion and possible action to approve the quarterly purchasing report for the school district. 

Presentation by Cypress Creek Renewables, LLC d/b/a Shakes Solar, LLC concerning the establishment of a Solar Energy Farm Project in Dimmit County and the possibility of seeking a Texas Tax Code Chapter 313 Tax Limitation on Appraised Value from the school district for said Project. 

Discussion and possible action to adopt a Resolution #18-05 expressing the School District’s intent to sell Real Property legally described as Asherton Original Town, Block 190, Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, Asherton, Dimmit County, Texas located at 7935 South, U.S. Highway 83, Asherton, Texas, where said property is no longer needed for school purposes, authorizing administration to sell said real property pursuant to Chapter 272.001 of the Local Government Code, and any  other matters incident thereto.

Discussion and possible action regarding the Carrizo Springs CISD Teacher Salary Schedule and District Pay Structure for the 2018-19 contract year.

Discussion regarding the future use of the Carrizo Springs Intermediate building.  

Discussion on delinquent tax report submitted by Mr. James E. Cabello.

Discussion and possible action to approve the extension of the audit contract with Bill C. Rocha for one additional year.
