Grantee, recorded in Volume 27, Page 431, Deed Records, Dimmit County, Texas for oil and gas and other exploration and development, and any matters incident thereto.  

Discussion and possible action to enter into a “No Warranty Lease” Agreement with Chesapeake Exploration, L.L.C. effective March 1, 2013 for a period of three years and as long as oil and gas and other substances are being produced in paying quantities involving 2.0 acres of land, more or less, Lot 33, Block 6 out of the Mary Wagster Survey No. 492 ½, A-791, Dimmit County, Texas, being the lands described in that certain Warranty Deed dated June 26, 1916, from L. A. Kerr, Trustee, as Grantor, to the Dimmit County School Board, J. M. White, President, et. al. as Grantee, recorded in Volume 27, Page 431, Deed Records, Dimmit County, Texas for oil and gas and other exploration and development, and any matters incident thereto.
