Discussion to enter into a three (3) year “Paid-Up” Oil and Gas Lease Agreement with Chesapeak Exploration, L.L.C. to lease 2.0 acres of land, more or less, of the Mary  Wagster Survey No. 492 ½, A-791, Dimmit County, Texas, being the same lands described in that certain Warranty Deed dated June 26, 1916, from L. A. Kerr, Trustee, as Grantor, to the Dimmit County Texas School Board, J. M. White, President, et al, now Carrizo Springs Consolidated Independent School District as successor in interest, Grantee, recorded in Volume 27, Page 431, Deed Records, Dimmit County, Texas with said three (3) year lease being extended as long as oil, gas or other hydrocarbons are being produced in paying qualities from said land or pooled acreage, and any matters incident thereto.  

Discussion and possible action to enter into a “Memorandum Of Oil and Gas Lease” with Chesapeake Exploration, L.L.C. regarding the lease of 2.0 acres of land, more or less, of the Mary Wagster Survey No. 492 ½, A-791, Dimmit County, Texas, being the same lands described in that certain Warranty Deed dated June 26, 1916, from L. A. Kerr, Trustee, as Grantor, to the Dimmit County Texas School Board, J. M. White, President, et al, now Carrizo Springs Consolidated Independent School District as successor in interest, Grantee, recorded in Volume 27, Page 431, Deed Records, Dimmit County, Texas, which said Memorandum memorializes and gives notice to the public of said Oil  and Gas Lease entered into and between Carrizo Springs Consolidated Independent School District and Chesapeake Exploration, L.L.C, and any matters incident thereto.
