Discussion and possible action to receive and consider bids submitted for the lease of real property owned by the Carrizo Springs Consolidated Independent School District (2.0 acres of land, more or less, Lot 33, Block 6 out of the Mary Wagster Survey No. 492 ½, A-791, Dimmit County, Texas, being the same lands described in that certain Warranty Deed dated June 26, 1916, from L. A. Kerr, Trustee, as Grantor, to the Dimmit County Texas School Board, J. M. White, President, et al, as Grantee, recorded in Volume 27, Page 431, Deed Records, Dimmit County, Texas) for oil and gas and other exploration and development.
