RR. Co., Survey 16), as described in Volume 109, Page 275, of the Dimmit County Official Deed Records. Tax Office Property ID number 10914. (Bid-Off Amount - $8,719.00. Tax Suit 94-09-01390-DTX, Carrizo Springs C. I. S. D. v. Alejandro I. Cruz, Et. Al.)) for oil and gas and other exploration and development.
