Consideration and approval of Order No. 17-03 by the Board of Trustees of the Carrizo Springs Consolidated Independent School District authorizing the issuance of “Carrizo Springs Consolidated Independent School District Unlimited Tax refunding bonds, Series 2017”, Levying a continuing direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of the bonds; prescribing the form, terms, conditions and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, and delivery of the bonds, including the approval and distribution of an official statement pertaining thereto; authorizing the execution of a paying agent/registrar agreement, and escrow and trust agreement, and a purchase contract; complying with the letter of representations on file with the depository trust company; delegating the authority to certain members of the Board of Trustees and  of the district staff to execute certain documents relating to the sale of the bonds; and providing an effective date.   

Discussion and possible action regarding proposal for Carrizo Springs CISD to provide a Teacher to the Kids Are First Headstart Program and enter into a mutual assistance program. 

Discussion and possible action regarding proposed lease agreement from Kids Are First, Inc. to lease District facilities.

Discussion and possible action regarding request from La Espuela LLC for waiver of tax penalties and interest on Property ID 15338. 

Discussion and posible action to determine whether to finance District’s payment of portion of purchase Price for the Dimmit Central Appraisal District’s (DCAD) new land/building purchase, or to dedícate other District resources to assist DCAD in acquistion of new land/building.  

Discussion regarding update on Southwest Foodservice Excellence (SFE) program.
