Discussion and action regarding an application for a tax refund to Hanning Farm LLC from the Dimmit County Tax Assessor Collector.

Discussion and action to consider the request submitted by Dimmit County to sell or donate a tract of land measuring no less than 150’ x 150’ for the purpose of erecting a covered area for a full court basketball facility within the City of Asherton for the youth of the community.  Property further described as Property ID#10950 Asherton-West View Addn, block 1, Lot 2-9.
