Public hearing and discussion on the possible donation of real property and improvements pursuant to Texas Education Code Section 11.1541, by CSCISD to the City of Asherton, consisting of Asherton Original Town Block 87, Lot 1-12 (athletic baseball field); Asherton Original Town Block 94, Lot 1-12 (athletic field); Asherton Original Town Block 95, Lot 5-9(athletic field); Asherton Original Town Block 122-123 (High School Buildings); Asherton Original Town Block 190, Lot 3-6 (currently in use as the City of Asherton Administration Bldg); all commonly known as the former Asherton High School and school administrative bldg; and Asherton Original Town Block 139, Lot 21-24 (site of old auxiliary water tower).
