Discuss, consider, and take possible action to declare the following real property as surplus and not necessary to meet the current and foreseeable needs of the District for educational purposes, the surface only of real property, approximately 60 acres, located at Yacht Club Road, Oak Point TX 75068, Lots 17 and 18, Hunters Ridge Addition, (Denton CAD Property Id. Nos. 184835 and 189088), and authorize the Superintendent to advertise the property for sale by sealed bid.
