4.A. CONSULTATION WITH THE BOARD ATTORNEY ( §551.071)
Private Consultation with the Boards' attorney with respect to pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers, and matters where the attorney's duty to the Board, pursuant to the code of professional responsibility of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflicts with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, including consultation with the Board Attorney regarding the Superintendent employment contract.

4.B. PERSONNEL ( §551.074)
Appointments, Discipline, Dismissals, Duties, Employment, Evaluations, Extensions, Leaves of Absences, Non-Renewals and Proposals for Non-Renewals, Renewals, Reassignments, Retirements, Settlements, and discuss the Superintendent Employment Contract.
