2.A. Consider approval of Retirement Agreement and Release regarding Superintendent, Dr. Alfred Ray.

3. CLOSED SESSION AT 5:30 PM

3.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including the consideration of the appointment of an Assistant Superintendent for Personnel.

3.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code including the consideration of the appointment of an Assistant Superintendent for Personnel.
