7. Action to adopt a Resolution of the Commissioners Court of Crockett County, Texas Approving an Contingent Fee Engagement Agreement for Legal Services

8.  Action to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Defeasance and Redemption of Certain of the District’s Outstanding Bonds

     Convene Public Hearing and take public comment regarding the changes to trustee election districts as required by the 2020 decennial census.
