IV.1. ACTION ITEMS:  Items will include consideration, discussion and possible voting.

IV.1.A. Consideration and Approval of an Order Calling a Bond Election for the Dilley Independent School District, Making Provision for the Conduct of the Election, and Resolving Other Matters Incident and Related to such Election

IV.1.B. Executive Session as Authorized by Section 551.001 et seq. of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act), under the following Provisions: 551.074, 551.071 and 551.129.

IV.1.B.1. The Board of Trustees under the authority of the Texas Government Code sections 551.071 and 551.129 for the purpose of obtaining legal advice regarding the Bond Election for the Dilley Independent School District.

IV.1.B.2. The Board of Trustees under the authority of Texas Government Code Section 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.
