VII.1.E. Approval for Superintendent to Attend Educational Research Development Institute (ERDI)

VII.1.F. Executive Session as Authorized by Section 551.001 et seq. of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act), under the following Provisions: 551.071, 551.074, and 551.129.

VII.1.F.1. The Board of Trustees under the authority of Texas Government Code Section 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

VII.1.F.2. Trustees may adjourn to closed session to obtain legal advice regarding the possible sale of the surface only of a portion of the real property and any improvements to the real property: an approximately 1 acre portion of that approximately 32.460 acre tract located at FM Hwy. 117 and State Hwy. 81, said approximately 1 acre portion being generally described as a portion of the real property on FM Hwy. 117, next to the Dollar General Store.
