VI.1. ACTION ITEMS:  Items will include consideration, discussion and possible voting.

VI.1.A. Presentation by Gallagher Construction Services related to certain construction issues associated with November 2013 Bond Program; hear from other related professionals and stakeholders concerning construction issues.

VI.1.B. Consider and Possible Action to Revise the Approval of the Continuing Staff One Time Stipend for Employees who Returned from the 2019-20 School Year to the 2020-21 School Year.

VI.1.C. Executive Session as Authorized by Section 551.001 et seq. of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act), under the following Provisions: 551.074, 551.071, and 551.129.

VI.1.C.1. Trustees may adjourn into closed session to obtain legal advice regarding the Dilley ISD November 2013 Bond Program (Dilley ISD Construction of the New High School; Construction of New Bus Facility; Renovation of Existing High School as New Middle School; and Additions and Renovations to the Existing Elementary School and Existing Middle School Project), including discussion of potential assertion or resolution of legal claims and  possible options related to retention of legal counsel related to such claims. (Pursuant to Texas Government Code sections 551.071 and possibly 551.129).

VI.1.C.2. Trustees may adjourn into closed session to obtain legal advice regarding the Dilley ISD November 2013 Bond Program, specifically related to consideration of an offer to resolve a potential claim with Gallagher Construction Services concerning a construction defect and water intrusion at the high school. (Pursuant to Texas Government Code sections 551.071 and possibly 551.129).

VI.1.C.3. The Board of Trustees under the authority of Texas Government Code Section 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

VI.1.C.3.a. Discuss Modifications to Superintendent Contract

VI.1.D. Consideration of Items Discussed in Executive Session

VI.1.D.1. Consideration and possible action with regard to the Dilley November 2013 Bond Program (Dilley ISD Construction of the New High School; Construction of New Bus Facility; Renovation of Existing High School as New Middle School; and Additions and Renovations to the Existing Elementary School and Existing Middle School Project), including potential retention of counsel and potential authorization to pursue or resolve claims.

VI.1.D.2. Take appropriate action, if any, to approve, reject, or counter offer of settlement or claim resolution by Gallagher Construction Services related to a discrete construction defect and water intrusion.
