VII.1.A. Consideration and possible action pursuant to the Mutual Release Agreement with Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, the surety for Don Krueger Construction Company, with regard to the Dilley November 2015 Bond Program Project.

VII.1.B. Consideration and possible action with regard to the Dilley November 2015 Bond Program Project.

VII.1.C. Accept Board Member Resignation

VII.1.D. Executive Session as Authorized by Section 551.001 et seq. of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act), under the following Provisions: 551.071, 551.074, 551.129.

VII.1.D.1. Trustees may adjourn into closed session to obtain legal advice regarding the Mutual Release Agreement with Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, the surety for Don Krueger Construction Company, with regard to the Dilley November 2015 Bond Program Project. (Texas Government Code sections 551.071 and 551.129)
