I. Board Meeting by Videoconference or Telephone Call During Disaster Due to COVID-19
Pursuant to the Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, this meeting will be conducted via videoconference which will be audible and/or viewable to the Board and public and allow for two-way communication. The Board President, presiding officer or trustees may not be physically present at one location but a quorum will be required for the meeting via videoconference. A recording of the meeting will be available for viewing on the District’s website. Your comments will be read aloud during the public comment portion of the board meeting. You must identify yourself for your comments to be considered and state the item you are addressing. Please put the following in the subject line: "Public Comment for 6/29/20 Board Meeting." The open portions of this meeting will be recorded and made available to the public upon request.
