VII.1.A. Executive Session as Authorized by Section 551.001 et seq. of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act), under the following Provisions: 418.183 and 551.074.

VII.1.A.1. The Board of Trustees under the authority of Texas Government Code Section 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

VII.1.A.2. Pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.074, discuss superintendent resignation.

VII.1.A.3. Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.074, discuss superintendent replacement and process.

VII.1.A.4. Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071, consult with attorney to receive legal advice regarding Superintendent hiring process.
