Description:  Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, specifically to include the contract for the Interim Superintendent and the search for a full-time Superintendent.
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, regarding legal advice concerning contract for the Interim Superintendent, selection of new full-time Superintendent, process for the search, and Board responsibilities related to the search.  

Description:  1. Consideration and possible action regarding approval of the contract for the Interim Superintendent.
2. Consideration and possible action regarding search and selection of a full-time Superintendent, including identification of criteria for the Superintendent search and posting of the vacancy.
3. Discuss and adopt Superintendent search calendar
4. Discuss and approve request for school calendar day waiver and other calendar exceptions
