Executive Session
Description:
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, specifically to include the Superintendent's review, evaluation, duties, and responsibilities.
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, specifically regarding the Superintendent's review, evaluation, duties, and responsibilities. |
