1. Call to order and establish a quorum.

2. Invocation.

3. Hearing of Delegations. Any individual or group that is present and who has signed in may address the Board. Formal action may not be taken on any item(s) so addressed unless it is already an agenda item. Delegations will be allowed to address the Board for a reasonable period of time not to exceed five (5) minutes in relation to the designated topic. Discussion of individual students or school district personnel is not allowed in open presentation.

4. "Consent Agenda" - All items on Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be inacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of these item(s) unless a member of the governing body or a citizen so requests, in which event, these item(s) will be removed from the general course of business and considered in normal sequence.

4.A. Approve minutes of previous meeting(s).

4.B. Approve Campus and District Improvement Plans for the 2008-2009 school year.

4.C. Approve 2008 tax roll and projected tax levy of $8,190,134.22 as provided by the Collin County Tax Assessor Collector.

4.D. Approve auditor's recommendation of deletion of designated construction reserve of $800,000 and loan principal retirement reserve of $955.000 within the 2007-2008 audit.

4.E. Approve outdated technology equipment as surplus.

5. Public Hearing on the results of the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST). Public comments and questions are welcome.

6. Discuss and take appropriate action on plan for bond sales for New High School project and offsite development.

7. Update, discuss and take appropriate action on items for Construction of New High School and renovations from Claycomb and Associates & Pogue Construction.

8. Discuss and take appropriate action on Development Agreement and Lease Agreement with Anna West 2004.

9. Team of 8 Board Training.

10. Closed Session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.074 and Texas Government Code Section 551.072.

10.A. Personnel Matters - Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dimissal of a public officer or employee.

10.B. Real Property - Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
