3.A. Consideration of Resolution and possible action regarding the determination that as a result of the December 13, 2022 Tornado, an unforeseen catastrophe or emergency -- the delay posed by the methods provided for under Section 44.031 of the Texas Education Code and Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code would prevent or substantially impair the conduct of classes or other essential school activities. (Pursuant to Texas Education Code Sections 44.031(h) and/or 44.0312(c)).

3.B. Consideration of Resolution and possible action regarding the payment of wages to employees during an emergency closure for which the workdays are not scheduled to be made up at a later date, where the District retains sufficient control over the Payments to ensure that such public purposes are accomplished.
