6.A. Consideration and possible action to approve authorizing the Board President, Superintendent, or his designee to execute the contract and all other documents reasonably necessary to purchase approximately 92.03 acres of land located at A0556 Joseph Mathews Survey, Sheet 3, Tract 24, 92.03 acres located at County Road 622, Farmersville, TX 75442.

6.B. Consider authorizing the Superintendent or his designee to negotiate, execute, and deliver all documents necessary to consummate the sale of 29.637 acres, more or less, located in the City of Blue Ridge, Collin County, Texas, to Fieldside Development, LLC, pursuant to the previously approved Commercial Contract – Unimproved Property dated March 1, 2022, as thereafter supplemented, amended, and assigned; and authorizing the Board President or her designee to execute and deliver a deed to consummate the sale.
