Any taxpayer in the district may be present and participate.  The Board will hear

any public comments and discussion related to the proposed tax rate for the 2026

tax year.

4.a. Board to consider & approve the adoption of the Budget Resolution as prepared by             
the Sabine Pass ISD administration for the 2026-2027 school year. 

4.b. Recommendation to adopt the Ordinance to set the tax rate 

$100.00 valuation for the district for Maintenance & Operations 

at $0.64280 and Interest & Sinking at $0.28340 for the tax year

2027.  Total Tax Rate $0.92620.
