VIII.A. Selection of delivery method of construction services for the Districtwide Improvements Projects (Prop A of the 2026 Bond), excluding the security vestibules projects, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2269.056.

VIII.B. Selection of delivery method of construction services for the Security Vestibules Projects in Prop A of the 2026 Bond, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2269.056.

VIII.C. Service Order No. 1 to Architect Agreement with Claycomb Architects for Districtwide Improvements Projects (Prop A of the 2026 Bond), including possible delegation of authority to Superintendent/designee to finalize negotiations and execute same.

VIII.D. Selection of delivery method of construction services for the Track and Related Site Improvements Project in Prop B, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2269.056.
 

VIII.E. Design and/or contract administration services for Prop B Track Project and Related Site Improvements (which includes possible independent design representative as required by Texas Government Code Section 2269.305 if this is a design-build project), including possible delegation of authority to Superintendent or designee to select, negotiate, and enter into a contract with a design professional.

VIII.F. Adopt required Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2258.022 for all 2026 Bond Construction Projects as well as any construction projects authorized by the Board in the 2025-26 through the 2027-28 school years.

VIII.G. Delegate authority to the Superintendent or her designee to rank, select, and execute agreement(s) with one or more geotechnical engineer(s), engineers for construction materials testing services, land surveyors, asbestos abatement specialists, or any other professional services provided necessary for the 2026 Bond Construction Projects pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2254 based on their demonstrated competence and qualifications.

VIII.H. Delegate authority to the Superintendent or her designee to rank and select one or more professional service providers for architectural/engineering services for design and contract administration as well as for any independent representative for design-build project(s) required under Texas Government Code Section 2269.305 for the Turf and related site improvements project in Prop B of the 2026 Bond pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2254 based on their demonstrated competence and qualifications, including possible delegation to the Superintendent to negotiate agreement(s) for future Board consideration and action.
