6. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the 2022-2023 West ISD Fiscal Audit as presented and reviewed by the Certified Public Accounting Firm of Anderson, Marx, and Bohl, PC. [District Goals #1 and 5]

7. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve all change orders to the contract with Midtex Abatement for asbestos abatement of the old West Elementary School located on North Harrison Street. [District Goal #5]

8. Region 12 Required Board Training. Sexual Abuse, Human Trafficking, and Other Maltreatment of Children (Child Abuse Prevention) Training Session. [District Goals #2 and 4]

9. Closed/Executive Session. Adjourn to Closed/Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.071 (Consulting privately with the Board’s attorney), §551.129 (Consulting privately with the Board’s attorney telephonically), and §551.074 (Personnel, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically to discuss).
