Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve a Resolution providing for the defeasance and calling for redemption certain currently outstanding district officials and staff the authority to effect matters herein resolved; and other matters in connection therewith. 8. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to adopt a Resolution amending the Authorized Representatives for the Texas Short Term Asset Reserve Fund (TexSTAR).  [District Goal #5]

9. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Localized Board Policy Manual Update 121. The LOCAL policies in Update 121 include:
