13. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Expedited State Waiver for Staff Development Minutes. Note: This waiver will add 2,100 instructional minutes to the West ISD "banked" minute(s) total for the 2023-2024 school year. [District Goals #1, 3-5]

14. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve a resolution granting the Superintendent authority to waive penalty and interest on certain delinquent property taxes. [District Goals #4 and 5]
