Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve a resolution approving the purchase of two tracts of real property consisting of 1.024 acres, and 47.179 acres both located at 567 Pustejovsky Lane, West Texas 76691 from Reinhold Knust, for $609,737.50 with Knust retaining a limited easement for access to his currently owned property, and right to harvest and sell this year's wheat crop.
