5. Executive Session. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.072 to discuss potential donation or purchase of Real Property consisting of Permanent Utility Easements, for installing District sewer lines, Texas Government Code §551.072 to discuss potential lease of Real Property consisting of a Temporary Construction Easement for installing District sewer lines, and Texas Government Code §551.071 to discuss with attorney regarding legal matters related to the potential purchase of real property.

6. Action. Discuss and consider authorizing the Purchase of a 15’ wide 429’ long Temporary Construction Easement from James L Kolacek, from the 5.0 acre dominant estate property described in Volume 1804, Page 231 Deed Records of McLennan County Texas.

7. Action. Discuss and consider authorizing the Purchase of a 15’ wide .152 Acre Permanent Utility Easement from James E. & Michelle L. Frazier out of the 8.0 acre dominant estate property described in Document No. 2018011517, Deed Records of McLennan County Texas.

8. Action. Discuss and consider accepting the donation of real property from Helen Matus, consisting of a 15’ wide .703 Acre Permanent Utility Easement out of the 63.830 dominant estate property described in Document No. 2018015194, Deed Records of McLennan County Texas.

9. Action. Discuss and consider accepting the donation of real property from Patrick and Vickie Matus, consisting of a 15’ wide .103 Acre Permanent Utility Easement out of the 1.410 dominant estate property described in Document No. 2008032179, Deed Records of McLennan County Texas.

Discuss and consider accepting the donation of real property from David Holy, consisting of a 15’wide, acreage to be determined, Permanent Utility Easement out of the 9.996 acre dominant estate described in Document No. 2017034818 in the Deed Records of McLennan County Texas, and 5.697 Acres described in Document No. 2019036920 in the Deed Records of McLennan County Texas.
