1. Call to order and verification that a quorum of Board Members is present, that this meeting has been duly called, and that notice of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

5. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the recommended amendments to the 2021-2022 West ISD Return to Learn COVID-19 Risk Mitigation Plan. [District Goals #1-5]

6. Public Hearing. 2021-2022 West ISD Budget and Proposed Tax Rate. Note: The proposed 2021-2022 West ISD total Maintenance and Operations Expenses are $13,539,332.00, and the total West ISD Tax Rate is $1.37000. Note: Property appraisals, which influence the effective tax rate, are not determined by West ISD. [District Goal #4]

7. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the final budget amendment for the 2020-2021 fiscal year. [District Goal #5]

8. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the 2021-2022 West ISD Budget. Note: The total 2021-2022 West ISD Maintenance and Operations Expenses are $13,539,332.00. [District Goals #1-5]

9.  Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to adopt the 2021-2022 Tax Rate of $1.37000 per $100 valuation to be divided as follows: $0.8931 Maintenance and Operations; and $0.4769 Interest and Sinking.

Statement Required in the Ordinance, Resolution, or Order Setting This Year's Tax Rate: THIS TAX RATE WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.

Note: The taxes for Maintenance and Operations did not increase. The taxes for Interest and Sinking did increase due to the West ISD New West Elementary School Bond Construction Project. [District Goals #1-5]

10.  Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to use the Omnia Partners Cooperative Purchasing Method for the procurement of Document Management Services (i.e., copies, scans, faxes, etc.) for the District. [District Goals #2, 4, and 5]

11. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the recommended Document Management Services Agreement between the West Independent School District and Central Texas Word Processing (CTWP). [District Goals #1, 3, and 5]

12. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the recommended TeachTown, Inc. Quote. [District Goals #1, 3, and 5]

13. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the recommended Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) and School Health and Related Services (SHARS) Services Agreement between the West Independent School District and MSB School Services Consulting Group, LLC. [District Goals #1, 3, and 5]

14. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the 2021-2022 West ISD Facility Rental Fee Schedule. [District Goals #2, 4, and 5]

15. Public Hearing. West ISD's 2021-2022 through 2025-2026 District of Innovation (DOI) Renewal Plan. [District Goals #1-5]
