Note: Property appraisals, which influence the effective tax rate, are not determined by West ISD. [District Goal #4]

6. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the final budget amendment for the 2019-2020 fiscal year. [District Goal #5]

7. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the 2020-2021 West ISD Budget. Note: The total 2020-2021 West ISD Maintenance and Operations Expenses are $13,558,159.00. [District Goals #1-5]

8. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to adopt the 2020-2021 Tax Rate of $1.129275 per $100 valuation to be divided as follows: $0.966400 Maintenance and Operations; and $0.162875 Interest and Sinking. [District Goals #1-5]

9. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the updates to the 2020-2021 West ISD Scholastic Calendar, Return to Learn On-Campus and Remote Instruction and Health and Safety Plans. [District Goals #1-5]
