13.A. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071 - 551.084, Texas Government Code, whereupon the superintendent, at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters.

13.A.1. Section 551.071 For the purpose of a private consultation with the Board's attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law.

13.A.2. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.087; Consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to possible Application for Appraise Value Limitation under Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code and to deliberate the officer of a financial incentive to a business prospect.

13.A.3. Section 551.072 For the purpose of discussing the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property.

13.A.4. Section 551.073 For the purpose of considering a negotiated contract for a prospective gift or donation.

13.A.5. Section 551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

Section 551.076 Deliberations regarding security devices and Security Audits Section 661.076 as follows: This chapter does not require a governmental body to conduct and open meeting to deliberate: (1) the deployment, or specific occasions or implementation, of security devises; or(2) a security audit

13.A.7. Section 551.821 For the purpose of deliberating a matter regarding a public-school student, if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed.

13.A.8. Section 551.083 For the purpose of considering the standards, guidelines, terms or conditions, the Board will follow, or instruct its representatives to follow, in consultation with representatives of employee groups in connection with consultation agreements provided for by Section 13.901 of the Texas Education Code.

13.A.9. Section 551.084 For the purpose of excluding a witness or witnesses from a hearing during examination of another witness.

13.A.10. Section 551.089 Deliberation Regarding Security Devices or Security Audits; Closed Meeting Section 551.089 provides as follows: This chapter does not require a governmental body to conduct an open meeting to deliberate: (1) security assessments or deployments relating to information resources technology; (2) network security information as described by Section 2059.055(b); or (3) the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices.
