12. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071 - 551.084, Texas Government Code, whereupon the superintendent, at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.087; Consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to possible Application for Appraise Value Limitation under Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code and to deliberate the officer of a financial incentive to a business prospect. 

12.C. Section 551.072 For the purpose of discussing the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property.

12.D. Section 551.073 For the purpose of considering a negotiated contract for a prospective gift or donation.
