IV. Commendations/Board Recognition
Sivells:
PreK3 - Zachary Garza - He has such a positive attitude, and makes everyone smile. He is always interested in helping the teacher and others in his classroom!

PreK4 - Orianthy Rocha - She is a very dedicated student. She always finishes her work on time, and it is beautifully done. She exhibits leadership skills by following all the classroom rules in the classroom and helping her friends. She sets a good example!

WES:
5th Grade 
Francesca Zarate, a remarkable 5th grader and A honor roll student, is the ideal choice for student ambassador. Her unwavering dedication to academic excellence is matched by her commitment to helping others succeed with her natural leadership skills.

Adrian Santes is an outstanding 5th grader whose exceptional achievements and character make him the perfect candidate for student ambassador. Academically, Adrian consistently excels, achieving top scores across all subjects and demonstrating a love for learning that inspires his peers. 

4th Grade
Sebastian Lara- Sebastian scored the highest on the STARR Interim and always exudes the WE Before Me in the classroom. He is always willing to volunteer to assist his classmates that need additional help, along with making sure all materials are handed out before instruction starts. His positive attitude and kindness toward his peers provides an inviting environment.  

Adelyn Bohman-Adelyn shows the We Before Me vision through her kindness and dedication to our school. She always puts others first, helps her peers, and works hard to make our school a better place. Her positive attitude and teamwork inspire everyone around her, showing what it means to care for our community.

3rd Grade
Cameron Householder has shown us what it means to care for others and put the team first. Every day, Cameron looks for ways to help classmates and teachers. Whether it’s sharing supplies, helping a friend understand a lesson, or lending a hand when someone needs it, Cameron shows kindness and respect.

Raylan Dzwilefsky always works really hard to demonstrate his best work. He completes all of his assignments at school, as well as homework. He enjoys the challenge of understanding and solving complex problems. 

2nd Grade
LEAH MUNIZ is an outstanding student who consistently demonstrates good judgment and strong character. She always makes thoughtful, positive choices and requires no reminders to stay on track.

GRAYSON SINDELAR is  an exceptional student with a strong work ethic and a passion for math. He achieved the highest score on the Eureka Module 3 Assessment and his active participation shows understanding and enthusiastic about learning.  

WJH:
8th Grade 
Kimberly Alatorre does extremely well on all of her Unit Tests for her Advanced  U. S. History class. She is conscientious and presents her best efforts for her assignments in this class.

Heemben Patel is a very respectful and courteous student. She exemplifies the positive characteristics of what it takes to be successful in and out of the classroom. Both young ladies are a joy to have in my class.

7th Grade
Emma Wendell consistently demonstrates kindness and responsibility, always setting an excellent example for her peers.

Jaycee Chatman achieved the highest score in our recent assessments, showcasing his strong academic skills and dedication to learning.
Roi'Zaria Johnson has shown exceptional leadership skills. She picked up a gym full of trash that was not hers when other students left their trash behind. We are proud to have Roi'Zaria as a student at WJH.

6th Grade 
Memphis Sanders consistently demonstrates outstanding character in class by treating peers and teachers with respect and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. His commitment to integrity and his willingness to support others make him a role model for his classmates.  

Evelyn Archer consistently excels academically, achieving outstanding test scores that reflect her dedication and hard work. Her ability to master challenging concepts and apply them effectively is a testament to her exceptional focus and determination.
