4.B. Out of State Travel Request(s):

4.B.1. Hidden Valley HS teacher Ben Lawson requests permission for out of state travel to attend the Western Informational Band Clinic (WIBC) in Seattle, Washington.  The convention will take place November 21-14, 2014.  Ben Lawson and students selected by the WIBC audition screening committee will participate.  Currently 10 students are auditioning for this event, 6-10 will be selected.  To participate in this event, each student must pay $339.00.  Students will be paying for this trip themselves.

4.B.2. Lorna Byrne Principal Scott Polen requests approval for two GEAR UP site coordinators to attend the GEAR UP West Conference.  It will be held in Seattle. Washington on October 26-28, 2014.  GEAR UP annual allocation to pay for lodging and transportation.
