XII.B. Discussion and possible Board action on approving Findings of Fact on the Application of EL ALGODON ALTO WIND FARM, LLC for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Property Tax Code.
XII.C. Discussion and possible Board action to consider the waiver of job creation requirement requested by EL ALGODON ALTO WIND FARM, LLC (1495).
XII.D. Discussion and possible Board action to adopt Agreement for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Property Tax Code with EL ALGODON ALTO WIND FARM, LLC (1495).
