1. Beginning at 12:00 Noon (12:00 p.m.), on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, in the Board Room of the Administration Building, HFISD 12702 2nd Street, Hamshire, Jefferson County, TX, the canvassing authority of Hamshire-Fannett ISD will meet to canvass returns from the Trustee Election, held on NOvember 4, 2014, in accordance with Section 67.004 (a), Tex. Election Code.
According to Section 67.004(a), two members of the canvassing authority shall constitute a quorum for purposes of canvassing the Trustee, and the Bond elections. The procedures to be followed by the canvassing authority are pursuant to Sections 67.004(a)-(f), Tex. Election Code. |

2. Call to Order and Roll Call
Description:
It has been found and determined that in accordance with the policies and orders of the Board, the notice of this meeting was posted publicly at the Administration Building in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.001 et. seq., and that all of the terms of said article have been fully complied with and that the 72-hour notice required has been properly and correctly given.

3. Discuss and if appropriate take action to approve and order canvassing the results of the school bond election, which Order is titled ORDER CANVASSING ELECTION RETURNS.

4. Discuss and if appropriate take action to approve an order canvassing the results of the school board trustee election, which Order is titled ORDER CANVASSING TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS.
