Description:  It has been found and determined that in accordance with the policies and orders of the Board, the notice of this meeting was posted publicly at the Administration Building in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.001 et. seq., and that all of the terms of said article have been fully complied with and that the 72-hour notice required has been properly and correctly given.

Description:  Beginning at 11:30 AM on Tuesday November 17, 2020 in the Board Room of the Administration building, HFISD 12702 2nd Street, Hamshire, Jefferson, County, TX, the canvassing authority of Hamshire-Fannett ISD will meet to canvass returns from the Trustee Election and Bond Election held on November 3, 2020 in accordance with Section §67.004, Texas Election Code.

According to Section §67.004, two members or more of the canvassing authority shall constitute a quorum for purposes of canvassing the Trustee Election.

The procedures to be followed by the canvassing authority are pursuant to Sections §67.004(a-f), Texas Election Code.
