II.a. Consider and Take Action on the proposed guaranteed maximum price presented by Huseman Builders, Inc. for HVAC work on the Canadian Elementary School portion (Phase 3) of the Replacement of HVAC and Related Systems at Canadian ISD Facilities Project.

II.b. Consider and Take Action to Authorize the Canadian ISD Superintendent to execute AIA Document A133-2019 Exhibit A, Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment, Phase 3 which amends AIA Document A133 -2019 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor for the Replacement of HVAC and Related Systems at Canadian ISD Facilities Project to include the approved scope, cost, and substantial completion date for the work at Canadian Elementary School.

II.c. Consider and Take Action on Depository Contract Extension with Happy State Bank for the period of September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2027.

II.d. Consider and Take Action on Settlement Agreement with Xcel Energy for damages from the February 2024 Wildfires
