Survey, Randall County, Texas, being a portion of that certain 3.70 acre tract of land being described in that certain instrument recorded under Clerk’s file No. 2009003495 of the Official Public Records of Randall County, Texas, said 1.56 +/- acre tract of land having been surveyed on the ground on May 12, 2026, by Furman Land Surveyors, Inc., and authorizing other actions related thereto
